    All wigs are made to order or preorder items. This means that items are not in stock at the time of purchase.

    Allow 5-10 business days for processing time before shipping or delivery. This allows time to ensure the quality of the wig and wig preparation.

    All wigs come pre-washed, ready for your install.

    Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. 

    We offer local delivery! 

    • Delivery will be completed  after your order is fully processed and ready.

    • You will be contacted with the information provided at checkout to schedule delivery window.

    • Deliveries are made during designated delivery hours only.

    • someone must be available to receive the package at the scheduled time.

    • if delivery is missed due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, a redelivery fee will be required.

    • please ensure correct contact information and address are correct at checkout to avoid any delays or issues.
